Richard Howard, a Community of Christ historian, tells his story about his part in the Hofmann story. Its a great first hand account of that part of CoC’s history.
One of the coolest parts of the story: CoC traded the LDS church a Book of Commandments for the Joseph
Here is a copy of the Joseph Smith III blessing that Mark Hofmann forged. Community of Christ had this canonized in the D&C for a couple years, but decanonized it when it was proven to be a fake.
